Engineers Australia Stage 3 Engineering Executive (Engineering leadership and management competencies):

The criteria relevant to the competencies are split into 10 units. These 10 unties are subdivided into various aspects of leadership, business, and management. The 10 units are primarily supported by 50 elements. The elements consist of 195 activities that are indicative.
